Then he brought me back to the door of the temple; and there was water, flowing from under the threshold of the temple toward the east, for the front of the temple faced east; the water was flowing from under the right side of the temple, south of the altar. He brought me out by way of the north gate, and led me around on the outside to the outer gateway that faces east; and there was water, running out on the right side. And when the man went out to the east with the line in his hand, he measured one thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the water came up to my ankles. Again he measured one thousand and brought me through the waters; the water came up to my knees. Again he measured one thousand and brought me through; the water came up to my waist. Again he measured one thousand, and it was a river that I could not cross; for the water was too deep, water in which one must swim, a river that could not be crossed. He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me and returned me to the bank of the river. When I returned, there, along the bank of the river, were very many trees on one side and the other. Ezekiel 47:1-7
What we take from Ezekiel’s account is that the Lord multiplies what is there. A trickle of living water leaves the temple and is multiplied into a mighty river. In this case the Lord takes our worship in the temple and multiplies it.
There is a lad here who has five barley loaves and two small fish, but what are they among so many?” Then Jesus said, “Make the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand. 11 And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those sitting down; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted. John 6:9-11
This ability of the Lord to magnify what we offer into something far greater is seen in the story of the feeding of the 5000, and later the 7000. The feeding of the 5000 began with the lad giving the lord the contents of his basket.
We have named this page Bread Basket so what we place on it we offer to the Lord for revival.
We pray He can take these resources and multiply their effect.

Part of the fruit of praying for revival is witnessing to Jesus
Witness follows prayer for revival.
Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel. Mark 1:14-15
Calling the Twelve to him, he began to send them out two by two …. Mark 6:6-7
o we go out (two by two) preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God.
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8
o we receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them.
o we are witnesses to Jesus
They went out and preached that people should repent. 13 They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them. Mark 6:12-13
o we go out and preach that people should repent
o signs and wonders happen
The Crowd’s Response
5 And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. 6 And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. 7 Then they were all amazed and marvelled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? 8 And how is it that we hear, each in our own [c]language in which we were born? 9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, 11 Cretans and [d]Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.” 12 So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “Whatever could this mean?” 13 Others mocking said, “They are full of new wine.” Acts 2:5-13
When you go out witnessing to the Lord don’t expect everything to be smooth and under control, and respectable.
When Peter went out on the streets for the first time, look at the crowd’s response – confused, amazed, marvelled, hear the wonderful works of God, amazed, perplexed, mocking.
When such a mix happens for you rejoice for you know that is the hallmark of the Holy Spirit’s presence among you.

We operate in the Vale of Mowbray which has a population of around 30,000 people. The two principal towns are Northallerton and Thirsk.

We are a team of around 10 people (more turn out for the Worship & Witness services) who attend Hollybush Christian Fellowship. Hollybush Christian Fellowship is located halfway between Northallerton and Thirsk, in a central position in the Vale of Mowbray. It is a church on a farm, on everyone’s doorstep.
We welcome people from other churches in the power and unity of the Holy Spirit to join us.

Our display stand is a focal point in the marketplace.
We hand out business cards with the address of this web site on. We witness to Jesus. We hand out tracts. We engage in discussion. We pray with people.
Discussion Boards
Three display boards fastened together in a triangular shape have a question at the top of each. The questions we currently use are:-
· When did you feel most alive?
· What would you do with your life without fear or negativity?
· What do you think it means to be human?
People are invited to offer their words of wisdom in answer to these questions. Opportunities are opened up to put the idea that there is a loving God, on their hearts. We take opportunities as they present themselves to witness to Jesus. One way is to give out cakes to people, or bake a cake for a group and give it to them.
